Music for the movie “Hala” – Short experimental film by Angela Grozdanov & Magdalena Doneska
Logline: The question of man’s destructive nature, man’s coherence with nature, depicted through the Slavic mythological creature hala, lamya. It moves underground, hides in pitchers and tree barks, enchants the peasant and awakens evil, lives as a symbol for
the action that destroys the collective, unintentional and uncontrolled.
The film is done as part of experimental film workshop at 2. Center for Interdisciplinary Activities 2023.
